ça ne doit pas être très agréable d'avoir tout ce maquillage sur le visage... C'est assez marrant de le voir d'un côté avec un costume de scène et puis juste en dessous en jean/chemise entre-ouverte style tombeur lol.

je suis allée aussi au kabuki vendredi soir, car pour une passionnée (oui, encore une) du Japon comme moi, c'était immanquable, et je fut émerveillée...

c'est encore plus surprenant de le voir sans son maquillage !

je suis encore sous le charme du nirami et constate que je ne renifle plus du nez ;)

en effet il y avait des fans aux premières loges, et son role en onnagata était sublime de perfection...

sorry for writing this message in english, but I don't speak French, unfortunately (I'll learn to speak french someday) ...
I'm brazilian (I live in São Paulo), I've never been in Japan and I've never watched a kabuki play in my life (I only watched some videos), but I'm a huuuuuuge fan of Ebizo (aka Ebi-sama). I fell in love with him because of "Musashi" (the series in witch he played the lead role, Miyamoto Musashi, and was aired by NHK). Since I saw him in this series, I started to collect absolutely everything about him (magazines, pics and articles about him I've found in the internet, etc.).
I'm really glad to see Ebizo has new fans in France, I wish I was livin' here to watch his performances (unfortunately, I think I won't ever have the chance to watch his Kabuki performances in Brazil :((( ).
Oh, your review about his performance is sooo touching and beautiful !!!! May I quote it in the gallery I opened about him in J-dorama (witch I noticed you've visited. Thanks !!!! :))) )???

I've just quoted your review in my gallery (in english). How did I read it ??? Well, although I don't speak french, I understand a bit, since portuguese is a bit similar to french (both derivates from latin). But, of course, with the help of Yahoo's translator (although it's not so good ...).
